Full Article Cangzhou Honghu Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. proudly announces that we have acquired two official CBAM compliance documents certified by Intertek, a globally recognized third-party testing and certification institute, on June 5, 2026. The full set of audit materials is specially tailored for our core product – Steel Band (HS CN Code: 7326 90 98), fully complying with EU CBAM Regulation (EU) 2023/956 and supplementary regulation (EU) 2025/2547. This achievement marks our full compliance preparation for EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism implementation.

The two complete certified carbon files are as follows:

1. Statement of Specific Embedded Emissions (SEE Calculation Results) Document No. GI-CBAM-CAL-26-009, which certifies the total specific embedded emission of our steel band reaches 4.407 ton CO₂e per ton. All data is calculated in strict accordance with the EU official calculation method.

2. Operator’s Summary Emissions Report Report No. SHAH01971607, a 5-page full-cycle carbon audit report covering the reporting period from January 1 to December 31, 2025. It records complete upstream raw material carbon data of steel coil precursors, factory geographic coordinates, stamping production flow records, as well as official CBAM benchmark and free carbon allowance data for 2026–2027 reference.

Under the EU CBAM policy, all European importers purchasing steel products must submit credible embedded carbon data for customs declaration. Without verified actual emission reports, importers will be forced to adopt the EU default emission value with an extra 10% markup, leading to higher carbon tariffs.

We completed full carbon traceability covering upstream raw materials and in-house stamping production lines.
